Converting InDesign Files?

I can only seem to export files to .PDF, but it kills the resultion to 600 dpi. can anyone tell me how to convert it to .TIFF ? once in .tiff i can get it printed at 2400 dpi. graphic converter pro doesn't support .emf.
i've heard about raster write, but i can't seem to install it.

maximum resolution of pdf file is 2540 dpi
600 dpi is the default setting
You have to change your settings, i am not sure about InDesign, but i can save my pdfs with any resolution in Photoshop...
