I would take Gianluigi Buffon as goalkeeper.Then, Fabio Cannavaro, Alessandro Del Piero, Fabio Grosso, Andrea Pirlo, Gennaro Gattuso, Luca Toni, Gianluca Zambrotta, Marco Materazzi, Alessandro Nesta, Filippo Inzaghi, Daniele De Rossi and finally Mauro Camoranesi and Simone Perrotta among the substitutes.

DF Oddo
MF Gattuso
MF Perrotta
MF Pirlo
FW Inzaghi
FW Cassano
FW Gilardino
I chose this line-up because these players play fairly and are the best ones I can find not including the unfair player(s).
Here is the slight difference from what would be your favorite line-up:
Materazzi X (because of provoking Zidane)
Oddo * (because I think he would be the best replacement for Materazzi).

The team that played against Germany in the World Cup with Alessandro Nesta. I don't know which player I would leave out though to accommodate Nesta.

buffon- goalie- he's the best
cannavaro- defender- because he is so passionate about soccer. :] (haha, im all acting like i know him personally)
zambrotta- defender- he's very good... & he looks good doing it, lol. but seriously, he's really good, he goes up and actually tries to get the ball, he doesnt wait for it to come to him.
materazzi- defender- he was a big help in the world cup. :]
camoranesi- MF- he looks like he works hard :)
gattuso- MF- him and pirlo work well together, and is serious about winning. :] (again, acting like i know him personally, lol)
pirlo- MF- him and gattuso work well together. plus, he gives great assists to goals.
perotta- MF- his performance and behavior is great. :D
toni- forward- he makes many goals and is a great help to the team :]
del piero- forward- he's driven to win. :] haha
gilardino- forward- he helped us alot, like in the recent game against france.
& everyone else will be subs. :]

First u need to get zidane to become a italian
thennnnnn clone him 10 times and u got 11 zidanes and play him as the whole team, ukraine will go homeeeeeee in pain :))
