Eric, you could wind up in the hospital. At your age the body is undergoing such large stresses in growing. It needs all of the proper nutrition that it can get. You didn't tell how tall you are and what your weight is. Remember that if the body doesn't get the nutrition it needs then it will start to use muscle to feed itself. That look is something that you don't want. Ride a bike, go for a walk, swim or do some other exercise program that you like. Exercise doesn't have to be work. Play tennis or hockey but get out there and move around! At your age you can start some weight lifting using light weights and that will help you to lose weight but more importantly it will help you to fill out in the proper way. Remember an apple a day will keep the doctor away unless that is all that you eat. Then it will bring you to the doctor!
