Obviously you know she is not pregnant. The reason you are feeling this way is because you feel guilty about being with your friend. Regardless of the fact you were separated at the time, you are merely projecting your guilt. I would imagine as well you didn't tell you wife about the encounter and are worried she will find out (hence a pregnancy). Maybe it would help to discuss it with a professional. Good luck.

I think you're fear is guilt based.
She's not pregnant. Obviously. You just cant accept it because you're expecting and waiting for some sort of punishment or worse case senerio for your unfaithful actions. Iam sure at the time you were perfectly okay with the situation. But now that you're back with your wife you're feeling guilty some where deep inside.
Just get over it. Talk to your wife about it, apologize, discuss how you're going to deal with the lives you both lead during your time os separation, and move on with this.
She's not pregnant, and you are taking it too far with this amount of worry.

It is only human to be worried. I don't blame you, but I think that you're safe in this case, especially if she has had her tubes tied for a long time.

Please try to have more confidence in yourself. Love yourself and try not to worry so much,. There is enough to worry about if the probability is high, so don't worry about it if it isn't. Try to look on the happy positive side of life and you will be a healthier person, both mentally and physically.

Your worry is probably motivated by feelings of guilt. Let it go and move on with your life. Worry never solves any problem but if continued it can cause physical illness, so please stop punishing yourself like this.

MOST LIKELY, YOU ARE WORRYING TOO MUCH! HOWEVER, IT DEPENDS ON WHAT 'TYPE OF SURGERY' SHE HAD AND WHETHER OR NOT SHE IS STILL IN HER CHILD BEARING YEARS (AND IT 'SOUNDS' LIKE SHE IS) BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHAT DID THE 'DR'. TELL HER THAT HER 'ODDS' WERE OF CONCEIVING A CHILD AFTER THE SURGERY REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY YEARS IT'S BEEN??!!
SURGERY IS NOT 'FOOL-PROOF' BUT THAT KIND OF SURGERY HAS A HIGH RATE OF 'NON-CONCEPTION'- LIKE 95% OR HIGHER!
IF SHE ASSURED YOU THAT SHE IS 'NOT' AND YOU HAVE SEEN THE TEST RESULTS, BUT YOU 'NEED' TO WORRY, FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO WORRY ABOUT!

Stop worrying about it, pal. Keep your pants zipped around other women and concentrate on your marriage. Sounds like you need counseling.

Sounds like your fear is coming from guilt, tell your wife, and ask for forgiveness.
