It may be accurate as early as 5 days before your missed period depending which test you buy. I would however wait until your period is due and then get a blood test if you really think you are pg. Here are some signs of pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

It may be accurate, it depends. What you consider to be your period may just be bleeding caused from the implantation of the egg into the lining of your uterus if you are pregnant. I would say take the test just to be on the safe side. Hope this helps.

They have test that detect pregnancy 5 days before your period try that.

Usually when you get your period you are not prego. If you feel you are then take a test. It may say negative
