Hello i hear people all the time about going to out of state college or universitys but how do they deal with out of state fees? they are really outrages. sometimes even 5 times more than regular tuition. im moved to north carolina and wann look for a way around this.

Well, luckily for you, North Carolina has extremely good in-state colleges already. Check out UNC Chapel Hill; it's one of the best schools in the country.

1) Join the military and get stationed in the state. You get state tuition at any state university in any state you are stationed automatically.
2) Live, work and most importantly register in the state for 1 year BEFORE you start ANY classes. It's not so bad, just 1 year off and you'll make some money for school, find out if you really like the place.

At my alma mater you could have your out of state tuition waived if you played in the band. You my want to check with Admissions and Records for advice.
