contact the city/state that you were born in...look online and search for the tourism site for that city/state and you should probably be able to attain one through them. At the very least they can give you the answer. Also, you could go into a tshirt shop or a print shop and get one specially made but that may cost a lot more.

Either you can have someone you know from that town buy and send one to you or have one custom made at a local tee-shirt shop with the lettering and graphics you like.

i can suggest that you go to your local flea market.
they usually have t-shirt places in there and some even do air brushing.
t-shirts from flea markets usually should average about $15-$25 including the airbrushing
you could also go to your local mall and have it airbrushed for $30 or so...

I would contact the town's VISITOR's COUNCIL. Many towns / city commissions have a Visitor's center where all those sort of things should be available for sale. - Do you maybe still know any contacts from that location? - Try to contact them for contact-leads.
Or.... you can try the link I mention below. v
GOOD LUCK!

Most states have websites. You could look for them on-line there. Do you know someone that still lives there? If you do, you could always ask them to send you one.
