open the pc case and check the number and company name on the motherboard. they usually start with company names like ASUS, ABIT, MSI, GIGABYTE, and some more brands.
the other way is to download CPU-Z
you start that program and go to section call Mainboard
you look at Manufacturer and Model to know what board you have.
then you go to the manufacturer website and look for the board and its detailed specification. they should be all there.

For the CPU and reminiscence information: a million. click initiate -> Run 2. enter dxdiag 3. Its all there, the CPU specs and reminiscence information are on the first web page, Video card is lower than demonstrate, and so on. and so on. As on your motherboard, I easily do not recognize a thanks to identity that except for to get the variety off the board itself and google it.
