could mean several things. Here's what I think. It goes out because there is no room for it "in". So it would go back in because something inside moved, for example, the baby dropped? There's not a lot of room for moving in there at this point, so that's really my only guess. Best wishes. Unless it gets all red and sore, or something else manifests, I wouldn't worry about it. Neither of my pregnancies presented with a protruding belly button, and they were fine - it's not a requirement :)

I've always heard of it going out, not in...But maybe that's just how your body is....I don't think its anything bad.
