Again with the Adam and Eve story. Most priests (good ones at least) will tell you that the story of Adam and Eve is a parable - therefore not to be taken literally. It is in the Bible, and used as a teaching tool only.
Basically, yes it is very possible that over the time of evolution we came from incest. We were of course at one time Cro-Magnon men a.k.a. cavemen, prehistoric humans or early humans. So we were kind of like animals, and as we all know animals have sex with each other regarless of whether they are brother or sister...etc. See what has become different in the way humans live today is 1) Evolution: the gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form with the passing of time, and 2) Society: we have developed rules and conditions to make society a safer and better place to live, so that there is no incest.
So don't worry yourself about where we came from, but rather go to the library and pick up some books on evolution. This will educate you on where we came from. It is very interesting!

Incest is not wrong. There are social taboos against it, but that does not mean it is wrong. I guess there are concerns about inbreeding causing birth defects, but I think that only happens when no new bloodlines are ever introduced into the mating population, like if it's an isolated group of people. For example, I have heard that the Amish do have a problem with birth defects because they only mate within their own community. I have also heard that occaisionally they purposely bring someone in (or have sex with "the English") to bring fresh genes into the gene pool. I dont have any research to back this up.

If you read into the "Adam and Eve" thing very carefully, you will see that while it's mentioned that they had only two sons Kain and Abel, there were other women created afterwards for them to select wives from as well as other men in the world also.

well some people came from the moon...
some people came from test tubes....
and actually adam & eve...it wasnt incest....they wasnt related....
so technically...if your mom came from eve...and your dad came from adam...that would made them sibilings...means your born out of incest.....
