Celine Dion has one of the most popular shows in Las Vegas now. After she had children she decided to stop touring.

I just honeymooned in Las Vegas and Celine IS alive and well. She is on hiatus right now from her headline show at Caeser's Palace while she is back in the recording studio making a new album. (While she is recording Sir Elton John and his "Red Carpet" Tour is covering for her.) Caesar's Palace built her the colusseum that she performs in. She also recently had a new home built out there in Vegas Nevada. She stated in her last interview in People magazine that after she finishes with the album and tours to promote it then she and her husband Rene' (who did make a full recovery from his cancer bout) are talking about trying to have another child so that their son Rene' Charles can have a brother or a sister.

As far as i know celine dion is alive and living in france....looking after her husband that has recently had cancer.... as for the person you mentioned i have no idea...........
