hold down the button and the button to take a screen shot of the entire screen. Then open up an image program and paste it in.

To take a screen shot of individual windows on a screen hold down the , and the buttons.

You can also crop the image to only have specific areas of the screen.

hit the print screen button. then go to yr word processing program (Word?) and hit paste.

ctrl-print screen - whole screen
alt-print screen - just the window on top.
