None of those are mixed numbers. A mixed number is the sum of a positive integer and a fraction between 0 and 1. Your choices are all examples of decimal notation. Choice a is equal in value to 225%, but as a mixed number would be written as 2 1/4.

Of the choices you give, a is the same value as 225% but it is a whole number and a decimal made by moving the decimal point 2 places to the left and dropping the % sign: it is not a mixed number. To get a mixed number a has to be changed into 2 1/4 by changing 0 .25 to it's fraction which is 1/4. So, actually, none of your choices answer your question.
