i want to copy adresses from sent mail to adress book on my outlook.

Just right click highlight the address right click again and press copy then go to where you want to copy then right click and paste. Walla!

just highlight the particular id, right click the mouse a list of choices appear from which copy can be selected and pasted in the particular location. or using the edit option in the window can be done.(ctrl+c for copy and ctrl+v for paste are the shortcut keys)

Highlight the email address and right- click and click copy and go to wherever you want to paste it and right- click and go down to paste.

select all the mail u wrote than right click or ctrl+c to copy than open ur outlook and paste it rigth click than paste or ctrl+v to paste.....okey........!

That sound pretty real to me. But they probably do get thousands upon thousands of messages a day, if that is there real e-mail. But that is awesome, and it looks like something Nick would write. *I dont know how he writes though lol*

you gotta export all you addresses the computer will do it for you...look for the export feature...where are you coping it from????
