I was ust curious, I want to take a bath, not a shower, I was just curious, would it bother my yeast infection, or will it make it feel better?

in personal experience, i find the warm water soothing... it helps stop a bit of the itching and swelling
the other responders are correct too about soap or bubble bath.. stay away from it, it will irritate the problem more

Women with yeast infections are often bothered more by the soap they use than the water. A hot bath (or soak in the tub) may help you feel better as long as you don't use soaps to irritate the infection.

Make sure the tub is clean as dirty tubs can further produce more bacteria. You should be fine as long as the tub is clean and you don't use any stong soaps or bath bubbles, etc. Drink alot of cranberry juice and eat yogurt with live bacterial culture. Are you taking something??? Canesten is a great product to help cure yeast infections.

Hello, I'm on the second week and seeing definite improvement on my yeast infection symptoms:

Note that: If the yeast infection doesn't respond to over the counter treatment, prescription medication will likely be necessary. Similarly, if the symptoms return after two months of being treated, you should contact the doctor for professional treatment rather than resorting again to home treatment.

If this is the first time you have experienced a yeast infection, you should schedule an appointment to have the condition treated by a doctor instead of resorting to home treatment
