I guess it depends on how BIG they are. If you're wearing granny panties, you'll probably need to fold them in two (maybe four, depending on your big your rump is).
If they are cute little thongs or g's, you can just toss 'em in the drawer.

I'm a guy, I fold my underwear over once so I can fit lots of it in my underwear drawer!

I dont fold my underwear. I just put it in my drawer.

Usually I just throw it in the drawer, but sometimes I fold it in half first.

fold the sides first and then the crotch, safely place them in the drawer with the others.

sock organization inserts (a box with cubbys) in my drawer, no folding just kinda shove them into each slot.

in threes, in half and then once again.
Mostly if Im not in a house work mood I just throw them in the drawer the way they come out of the dryer..shame!

I fold them twice: lengthwise and then widthwise.
