The most glaring problem we all saw in the Giants game last week is that INDY no longer has any type of running treat!

I can't see them winning on Peyton's arm...the defences simply go into Pass defence every time...because that's all they have..now that James is gone...could we be looking at a 9-7 Indy?????????

doubtful, Rhodes and Addai will come around and give Indy the running game they need to open up the rest of the field. When Faulk went to St. Louis Indy faced the same questions, and it took a couple of weeks for James to answer those questions. I see the same thing happening this year.

If it was so easy to shut down their passing game it would have been done during the times that James was hurt. The Giants do have a pretty good D as well, maybe that's why Indy's running game struggled. Peyton is a tremendous QB and will carry the Colts far into the playoffs.

RELAX, DUDE! You're already predicting doom and gloom after the Colts won an away game against a playoff calibre team. They even covered the spread last week. They'll almost certainly be 2-0 after this Sunday, with a home game against the Texans.

Remember the Rams won a Super Bowl with basically just Marshall Faulk in the backfield, and he was catching passes, too.

The Colts schedule works for them. They have to play the Texans again later this year. They also have two games against the hopeless Titans. Assuming they manage to lose one of those 4 Texans/Titans games, you're assuming they'll go 6-6 the rest of the way.

So RELAX. Worry if Peyton gets hurt.

Trouble? Possibly, but I dont think it will be as bad as 9-7. If they "Bottom-out," it might be to 10-6, but their offense and defense are good enough to win.

Dont overreact to one game though. Joseph Addai will improve as the season goes along and while he is no Edge James, he should still be a decent RB getting about 70 yards/game by the end of season.

I expect the Colts to finish 11-5 this year and disappoint again in the playoffs, even though they should get to the AFC Championship game this year.

If you want to base the year's projections on one game, then Larry Johnson and Shaun Alexander will be busts this year at RB and I don't think anyone expects that.

The Colts are done, The Jaguars will win the AFC South this season. Edge was the reason they won so many games and he's gone. The Jaguars defense will dominate Manning and the Colts.

They still play in one of the weakest divsions in football. Having the Titans and the Texans in their division is a guaranteed 4 wins. I'm thinking 11-5, but going nowhere in the playoffs.

Joesph Addi will eventually develop into a solid rb. Rhodes might be out of gas. But the Colts are in a little trouble until Addi steps up.
