Being hairy and being dirty are 2 different things but apart from that I don't think you can really tell purely by her nationality whether she's hairy or not. In England girls are generally thought of as shaven but I know plenty who let nature rule the roost in the bikini department. I think you don't need to be worried about it if she is hairy though, from what I've heard it doesn't make too much difference although I can't say I've had any personal experience.

None of the lovely German Ladies I have met are
particularly hairy .

well I'm half German and Ive been living here 4 two years and i have 2 say that over summer when most go swimming and i mean naked that Ive haven't seen any hairy German ladies.
but then who knows i might see one 2Mora.

German, French, Italian. Not all of them are really hairy, but most of the older generations didn't shave and that has carried on down most of the family ties.... Venus Vibrance ladies, it's works wonders!

Yes, a lot are. Living in Germany I've had a few German girlfriends. Had to teach some of them all about shaving.

Shaving & Body hair are a cultural / societal thing..
Some cultures are less concerned about body hair on women than others...
Most modern western cultures find women removing most body hair.....
