Have you eaten a lot of peanuts or some other kind of nuts? They have oil in them too. It sounds like oil/fat in your food that wasn't digested. You may want to see your doctor if you're concerned.

Certain food contain fat as we all know as well as salad oils, mayo, etc. Most likely the grease, oil, fat etc. is leaving you body. A certain amount of oil etc. is good because it lubricates and makes your stools past easlier, with out a certain amount of oils in you diet, then you would have trouble passing a stool. But if you really concerned and worried, as always your doctor is your best bet to know for sure.

Sometimes fat in the stools will present as you described. Are you taking any cholesterol lowering medication? Zetia, a common cholesterol lowering medication can cause this. It works in the intestine and blocks absorption of some fats.

You could be eating a high fat diet and the oil you're seeing could be excess that your body did not digest.

You may consider seeing your doctor and having a fecal fat determination done, just in case.
