If the girl really has a food disorder and he truly loves her he will need to find help for her. Most times a person who has a problem goes through denial and they do not know they have such a problem. So if the girl needs help the guy should not hesitate to tell someone who is in a position to help. But he needs to be sure the problem really exists in the first place.

disorders can sometimes cause irritability on the person who has that. and that affects his moods. one may not really understand the reason for being mad. and that leads to a lot of misunderstanding and even miscommunication.

as with your friend's problem, you cannot negate the fact he is badly affected. well, i think he has to have more space to understand, to be more considerate. and that's not easy. often, it's very stressful.

it would be safe to avoid talking about things that could spark up an argument.

:) this problem is a small problem.the guy must feel confident abt himself.if he suspects that she has an eating disorder,he shud seach for the symptoms online or in books.he then shud see whether she displays sme of them.she wud yell n put on drama..but if he cares for her,he shud sit down wid her in cafe and gently ask her.if she denies, tell her u trust her.tell her eating disorders r harmful n she shud take care of herselg.link the issue to the things she likes.e.g.babies,success,money etc.i mean, warn her dat if she lies n continues eating wrong, she'd have unhealthy children or wud hve failures in career.good luck!

It sounds like his girlfriend really needs help, he needs to go to her parents and talk to them, maybe together they can get her some help. She'll appreciate it once she realises what he has done for her.

I would sit down with her parents! They are the only one who can act in this situation. She won't be able to get the help she needs.
