Wally World (Wal-Mart) has the Windows XP Home Edition Upgrade Version for $89.95. If you need Windows XP Pro, it's going to be about $100.00 more.

Yea. I have got free upgrades if you want ; - ) in my stupid country Iran, such things are for free. You just tell me which type you want and I'll email it to u of course I can't send you big upgrade files. only the small ones. but I can send you bunch of them. and since ur windows is probably genuine, they work well on it. so u needn't worry. There's no legal problem. and you won't pay anything.

You can usually get a OS for a discounted price with a hardware purchase at most independently operated computer store.

If you can coincide your purchase with something else you also need, that is.

I'd be leery of anyone offering it for much less - it's probably either pirated or "grey-market" software that's not legal to resell.
