This song is always being played in movies but its not sang.Like its played by trumpets with a band or something.An they usually play it when something patriotic comes up (american flag) or something.Anyone know?

Sounds like a John Phillips Sousa march. Perhaps the "Stars and Stripes Forever" or "The Washington Post"

I'd suggest you go to the All Music Guide web site. Type in the names of those songs and there should be a way to listen to a short sound clip of each song. Hopefully one of them will be the one you're looking far.

Good call on the Copeland song, a couple other options may be The Battle Hymn of the Republic or The Navy Hymn
