The marks are from a blue ink pen

I was able to get blue ink out of a ivory colored dress by spraying (saturating) the ink spots with hairspray. Once it is saturated with hairspray, wash it per the garments instructions, it should be gone, or barely able to be seen, if you can still see some (check before drying the shirts) repeat the process and that should get any leftover ink out. Good Luck!

Try this product called Gonzo Stain Remover. It has worked for me. It worked on a suit and on jeans that had several blue ball point pen marks on them.

However, when a pen bled on my couch, it didn't work -- there was just too much ink. But I'd say it's worth a try.

Since it is a white shirt, you can buy a bleach pen and simply treat the affected area and then wash as usual.

That's a good question I have never had any luck with removing ink stains.Your best bet would be to buy a new shirt

Sometimes the stain doesn't come out. This is because the shirt is white. If you tried to put clorox on it ,let it soak for awhile when its in the middle of washing.Just stop the washer machine and let it set for a good 30 to 40 minutes.

You could try Goof Off. It removes glue, caulk, ink, paint, chewing gum, etc... The directions on my can say to apply and rub it with a toothbrush, blot, and repeat if necessary. Goof Off is pretty strong stuff. It's at your homecenter.
