Use a wet cloth, as hot as you can stand, and lay it across your sinus area (Eyes, nose, cheeks, forehead). Crush garlic and put it in a pan of water, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and breath in the steam (with a towel over your head and the pan). It will loosen up the gunk in your head.... and your lungs!
Also:
I made a small 4x8 cloth bag and filled it with raw rice, and closed it off. Heat in in the microwave for 2 or 3 seconds and lay it across your sinus area.
Good luck.

Here's what one said about Alfalfa Complex. "I couldn't live without Alfalfa! I had chronic sinus problems but thanks to Alfalfa, no more headaches or infections. I experimented and stopped for a week but the headaches came back. I faithfully take 15 a day."
Here's another - "For years I suffered from sinus infections. I'd wake up with such a severe sinus headache, I would vomit. I couldn't lie down, go to work or even think. My face would swell and my teeth would hurt. A friend tried Optiflora and it cleared up her sinuses so I decided to give it a try. Well, I can say I haven't been sick and I haven't had a sinus headache in 4 years! I have a glass of water, the powder and pearl by my bed and take 1 pearl and 1/4 t. powder in water each morning. When I've eaten junk food, I take 2 pearls. The antibiotics present in our food supply are one of the things that kill off the good bacteria in your intestine. A healthy intestine is the base-line of your health. Anyone who has sinus issues needs to take Optiflora."
I would suggest giving them both a try and these are all-natural.
Optiflora is a two-product system that uses new technology to protect beneficial microflora during the rigors of shipping, storage, and the acidic journey through your stomach. Other products claim live microflora at the time of manufacture. Optiflora guarantees the delivery of live microflora to your intestines.
This two-product system includes Probiotic (Bifidus & Acidophilus...microflora) + Prebiotic (FOS...food source for microflora). Patented guaranteed delivery of 500 million microflora to intestines.
Alfalfa, the "father of all foods" brings forth minerals in their most natural form because their roots reach as deep as 20 feet into the soil. Alfalfa offers a wide range of nutrients: calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, bioflavonoids, trace minerals, and vitamins.

definitely get your doctor to prescribe a spray like nasalcrom. It works wonders, but you have to remember to spray every night.
Also, try putting a something very cold where you feel the pain, and then alternate with something heated. This helps them expand and contract and this will give a little relief. I had to do this when I was pregnant and coudln't take medication.
Also, consider seeing an ear, nose and throat doctor for some xrays. You may have nasal polyps or a deviated septum and you can have these removed or corrected.

Pinch of Menthol Salts, from the Chemists. Dissolve in hot, hot water, stir & breathe in vapour. U can add Albas oil & eucalyptus 4 added sinus clearing which will hopefully ease the pain. Don't go out after doing it though. UR sinus could Break suddenly, YUK, without a hanky. & it could make U a bit Dizzy. :)

I use sinus rinse. From neli-meds. It is a solution you use to rinse out your sinus. I use it about 3 times a day. No pills. no drugs. And it really works.

another thing to try is called the 'netti pot', with this pot you put in a mixture of water and salt to rinse you sinuses with - it really helps relieve the sinus pressure you have up there......
just do a search on netti pots and you will find many sites that sell them.
Good luck with the pain and pressure!

Firstly as soon as you get up, rub both your palms together and then massage your face gently, for about 2 to 3 mins, giving very little pressure. This is like acu-pressure. Secondly try to avoid cold drinks and avoid anything cold. And please do hot water formentation everyday, which help alot. Also learn the right way of pranayam, which helps in keeping away cold, breathing problems and also give you clear complexion.

I say go see a homeopathic allergist. They can find out why you have this pain all the time and advise you medically without medicine how to relieve the problem.
