Maybe it is a digital trick? Like a slim gymnast did the moves and they morphed a fat guy onto it afterwards. You know, same as they don't really kill actors in films etc. It's digital trickery.

My partner thinks the same as your mate, but I think it a real person in no suit , why cant big peep do that if they were flexible enough I cant see why not ? He look like an oriental bloke , so some where like Moscow , I think??
