Since King Arthur never existed outside of mythology and literature, I would say no.

Yes, it was found at Glastonbury Abbey in 1191.

Celtic leaders in southern sub-Roman Britain were often buried at Glastonbury because in their culture this was the holy thing to do ~ it's comparable to Hindu sages dying at Kashi (Varanasi). "Glas" in their Brythonic language denotes spiritual light and Glas was their Kashi, their City of Light. -ton was an English addition to the name and -bury (byrig, meaning 'borough') a later English addition.

The story of the finding of the tomb in 1191 is questioned by sceptics, but given the mythology prevalent in 537 (when Arthur was killed at nearby Camlann) the site is highly plausible. An incidental detail in contemporary reports of the excavation adds credibility. It is said that two sets of remains were found, the second being that of a woman (presumed to be Guinevere), on whom was a lock of golden hair, which crumbled to dust immediately it was touched. This, magically interpreted at the time, is in fact what modern science would expect if the hair(s) had been preserved in an airless pocket and then, because of the excavation, exposed to air.

The orthography of the Latin inscription found in 1191, at a higher level than the human remain, dates it to St. Dunstan's abbacy, and there is reason to think that Dunstan had the inscribed cross sunk at what monks knew was the site of Arthur's burial.
