As the Grant Inquisitor raises and seems to query in her answer, how do you indulge in that act in your intimate relationship with another person ( in all likelihood the opposite sex!) ?
Usually the pose you mention in your question is that adopted by women as they are usually slightly shorter than men and they have to raise up a bit to ensure that the lips of both are at same level to be locked and comfortable while kissing! By the way, it could be vice versa too where the man is shorter than the woman!
