you should walk up to her and say hi. dont tell a corny joke just introduce urself. dont make it too obvious u want her number. strike up a conversation about wherever u r... u like the food here?... etc. ask her to lunch/dinner. get 2 no her more. at the end of dessert, ask for her #

just act as if she likes and u be normal. I guess to attract a sensible girl then u ought 2 be sensible tooo and to attract a pretty one should have loads od MONEY!!!!!!!
