I have a seller paying $15,000 for any cost to close and I want a 100% financing on an option arm. Who has that option arm?

i went through washington state employees credit union. i doubt ur in washington but try a well known credit union that has a lot of branches in your state. the best i can tell you. good luck.

There's only one company in the country that does 100% option ARMS. But you do *NOT* want an option ARM for the purchase of a primary residence. Especially in the current market, if you absolutely have to have an option ARM in order to afford the payments, you should not buy. End of discussion.

If you don't have to have an option ARM, there are better loans to get. Real rates on thirty year fixed rate loans are a percent and a half under option ARMS.

mortgagestore offers 100% financing for option arms.
