Not in any order... Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines... Why??? These are the places where the currencies are not that high... The standard of living in these countries are not as high as those in States... Haha! And it's not that low either... when compared to third world countries...

The Netherlands- Its cold but the most open minded country in the world, great museums, lots of history, close to other interesting countries.
The Republic of the Philippines- Best kept secret in the world. Beautiful beaches, undiscovered islands (7000 of them) great surfing, Majestic mountains, volcanos, great people, easy travel to anywhere in SE Asia.
Thailand- Incredible Culture, welcoming people, never-ending cuisine, best airlines, beautiful beaches and mountains Easy access to other countries. .
Australia- OK its a bit isolated but, lots of open country. The most naturally open-minded culture on the planet. The absolute friendliest people in the world. If you have an idea an Aussie will build it. Beauitful beaches, some mountains, animals that exist nowhere else that aren't going to eat you, excellent working conditions and its hard not to work with so much opportunity. This is like America was 50 years ago for opportunity.
Japan- Again you have living culture here. Excitement in the cities but still refuge in the mountains and parks. Very modern country, respecful people who are loyal, when you have a friend it is a serious thing, leading the way in long term technology. Great food, wellness lifestyle, respect for the elderly, pay is high but so is cost of living.

Canada --wide open spaces, civil people, plenty of fresh water
Australia -- fiercely independent people, open country
New Zealand -- calmly courageous people, the scenery of paradise
Bermuda -- heaven on earth if you're a golfer
The Channel Islands -- a peculiarity of the crown off the coast of France -- a calm and pastoral life in a mild climate
the country that should be on this list but it isn't: The United States, now a drunken dinosaur hopelessly in debt and openly torturing civilians in the most brutal colonial occupation by an English-speaking people. This nation has its best days behind it.
