I like urbancoyote's response because it clearly shows he knows little of what he speaks. He's referring to Viet Nam and it's common knowledge that the Viet Nam conflict was a failure for the U.S. because until the war was virtually lost we weren't allowed to expend full force. Had we done to the rest of the country as we did in Hanoi, the outcome would have been entirely different. People I know who walked though Hanoi after 33 B-52's dropped full loads of armament say that it was like walking through talcum powder knee deep. Thank Kennedy and Nixon for Viet nam - not Ho Chi Minh. And get your facts straight.
