Just add 7 fl oz of water to the sterilizer, place in the microwave and switch on.
(4 minutes for microwaves 1000-1100 W; 5 minutes for microwaves 800-950 W; 7 minutes for 500-750 W).

I had one of those, brilliant, takes 5 mins in there on full power, dead easy to fill up, just a cap from a bottle of water, and made me feel like bottles were completely clean of the high temperature.

nicola is right. 200mls of water and then 5 mins for about a 750w microwave. just finished with ours after 2 kids and several years---yes.

7ounces of water and about 4 minutes... (use distilled water to avoid build-up)
you put the nipples with the cap on top and the 4 bottles in the middle...
