is this a serious question? what do you mean whose fault is it? a girl/ woman should never be raped for any reason at all. sex is something precious that should be enjoyed by both parties, the female should not end up feeling worthless because she was raped. man should be able to control their urges and respect ladies as they are their sisters and mothers. how would they feel if it happened to a female member of their family?
