Well muslims are human beings why shouldnt we be different??
What I have read is that when making love u say some words asking for Allah´s refugee in case u conceive a baby in that time, so the baby can have His protection from Shaytan...
I guess all people, being muslims or not, if they believe in God they recall it in everytime and thanks for the faculties of feeling pleasure....
Islam encourages people to be refined in all ways and in every moment, that would be the only difference but for the precise moment of orgasm u are not told to do or say nothing special...u just enjoy...
Love making after all is just another way to worship Allah...

This is a very funny question and made me laugh. My answer was going to be along the lines of i didn't think muslim women were allowed to enjoy anything, however i've already read an answer from a lady i assume is Muslim and for fear of getting a telling off i won't write what i really was gonna say.
