I would say it reduces your sperm count in the long run

There isn't any. CO, though highly toxic, is only temporarily toxic. It is quickly lethal if the dose is high enough. The CO molecule binds with hemoglobin and prevents the hemoglobin protein from binding with oxygent. This deprives all the organs of oxygen, with the brain and heart suffering the most. Significant brain damage can occur if the poisoned person doesn't get medical help, but if a poisoned person gets medical help in time, then there may be no lasting harm. In either case there is no direct influence upon the genitals.

it doesn't. it only affects your lungs and your heart but not your reproductive organ. probably if you're pregnant and you enhale carbon monoxide alot then it will affect your baby but otherwise, it doesn't do anythin.
