Could be a cracked radiator or a stuck thermostat.
Go to a mechanic and have it checked out.

From the inside? Is the floor board wet? (Check the passengers side as this is where they put them for the most part). Smelling of antifreeze or that stuffy hot water smell? If it is then more than likely it's the heater core that's bad. Unless you have a friend that knows what he/she's doing, take it to the shop to get it fixed. A lot of times, it involves tearing out half the dash board to get to it.
It could also be a hose going to or from the heater core. Either way, take it to the shop for repairs.

Well my friend if your radiator is cracked you can tell by using Radiator coolant running & running the car for the day & the next day check the radiator all around ....if you see slightly brown color anywhere well that answers your question...

Sounds to me like your heat exchanger has gone south on you. You'll have to take it to a shop and have the cooling system pressure tested.
