any age person who is raped is not the victims fault the one who is the attacker is always at fault if you did this you have committed a very wrong act and are endanger of getting arrested if you are the victim you need to go talk to someone if you cannot talk to your parents try a school counselor or look up the woman's shelter in your area they offer free counseling do not suffer in this alone you did not cause a rape to happen no one causes a rape to happen stay safe

The 16 year old. Rape involves an overpowering of the other person. Rape is something that is done to someone not something a victim participates in.

It should be fairly clear now after reading your question. You just answered your own question. I suggest that you go to the nearest dictionary and look up "rape". If you are the girl or know the girl, encourage her to go to authorities. If you are the boy, then you are in quite a bit of trouble. If you know the boy, then you could kindly inform him of the consquences that he will face.

is this a extreme question? what do you mean whose fault is it? a woman/ lady would desire to by no potential be raped for any reason in any respect. intercourse is something efficient that would desire to be enjoyed via the two events, the female shouldn't finally end up feeling valueless by using fact she substitute into raped. guy would desire to be waiting to administration their urges and know females as they are their sisters and mothers. how would they sense if it got here approximately to a girl member of their kinfolk?

If the girl said no and he raped her it is his fault. He needs to go to jail. If it was agreed it is still wrong and he could still go to jail for statutory rape.Especially if her parents find out about it.

With rape, it is NEVER the victims fault. The guy needs to control himself. He raped HER.

whos fault? it is the boy who rapped hers fault! if you are referring to yourself.. you need to understand that it is not your fault NO MATTER WHAT you need to tell somebody. rappists never stop you dont want any one else to go through what you have. also you should get some counciling rape is a very terriable thing for anyone to go through and you need to have someone to vent to and get help from
