A person as he progresses thru life makes choices. Choosing between; a job and a business; family and career etc.
I think, one of the things one can choose is power instead of, say lots of money. It may appear contrary to the general belief that Indian professional politicians are hungry for money, but if you look and listen carefully, you will find an enormous need for power in most of our politicians. The real power is available only in politics.
A cine-star after reaching financial success is likely to find that money didn't bring him the rewards he expected and actually, he is likely to find that his fans are more powerful than him. This realisation may be the trigger that pushes him into politics.

Hollywood stars have always been in politics. They have a huge viewing audience and we tend to trust them. Political parties lobby them for spokesman/woman speaking engagements.

It is truely ego. Nobody ever says no to them as stars and they get the idea that they can do no wrong...that their opinions are better than other people's. Good time for a reality check.

I dont trust an actor to be in politics. Remember, they are trained in acting. And making you beleive what they say is real. Their money moves them where they want to be. They use it to get the world to hear their views. It will get us into trouble one day...cause we believed in their "acting" stories.

SOMETIMES STAR COMES ON HIS OWN WHEN THEY BECOME OLD AND THERE IS NO REQUIREMENTS IN FILMY WORLD THEY JOIN POLITICS. THE OTHER BRING BY POLITICAL PARTIES ITSELF BECAUSE THE LEADERS ARE NOW CANNOT ATTRACT PEOPLE FOR THIS PURPOSE THE UTILISED STARS.
