to the privilidges alloted for those of other countries when visiting etc...Then why should those who come to our country be entitled to the rights of every American citizen?

They shouldn't, and I know they aren't. The liberals will lead you to believe they are, of course liberals believe in a one world government, they organize globally, case in point I know for a fact some canadians would get on a buss drive over to the states to protest the iraq war, or the environment. I say stay in your own country regardless of your nationality. What makes one think they have the right to go to another country and protest.

The U.S. Constitution covers citizens of the U.S.A. not visitors.
visitor's have certain rights but not the privileges we have.

They shouldn't be. However the Liberal left will have everyone believe that whoever steps foot on US soil automatically deserves the sames rights and privileges as a US Citizen and they cannot give ANY logical answer to this, instead they will use guilt to try and make us believe it is the right thing to do by telling us we are the better, more civilized nation for doing so, or it all comes down to basic human rights etc....all a load of crap! We need to protect our own first and foremost!

In spite of what others think, America views itself (and IMO is) as at the pinnacle of social order in this world (this isn't asserting that other countries aren't sharing that position). This position requires that we behave in more humane ways towards all peoples no matter what their location. It is a shame that other nations have less moral standards of treatment and far less freedoms. The freedom seems to be the driving force in this. We are free to demonstrate what should be and I hope this continues. This does not mean that we must condone 'bad treatment' no matter where and why it develops. In fact we have the moral imperative to intervene when peoples' rights are transgressed by other governments or religions, if we truly believe in 'freedom'. Ours is the striving for perfection within our system, and our system, even with its shortcomings, seems to offer the best chance of success in this endeavor.

because if we really were a better country than all the others, we would treat visitors and inmigrants better. As it is, we're just as bad as all the other countries...even worse, because some countries treat their visitors and inmigrants way better than we do (canada, for example).

They shouldn't have any rights here. They should have to adapt and learn to speak English.
