Close the blinds.
Seriously, if it's nothing you're able to simply ignore, are you terribly offended, and, if so, have you talked to him about it?
Don't call the police until you've taken the time to try and resolve this reasonably on your own. Do a little work: open up a dialogue with the old guy and find some resolution.

Rock on. Leave your neighbor alone. He is 86, thats a lot more time served in this life than you have, therefore he has earned his right be naked whenever he wants. I can't wait until I am 86, I am going to use dementia as an excuse to do all the stuff I could go to jail for now.

Close your eyes so that you don't get blind spots! lol
I'm so sorry for you guys.
Try mentioning a house coat may be a good investment for him.
You have to live by him so try as hard as possible not to create animosity.
I hope there are no children being exposed to this, cause then I talk with the HOA where you live about this.

OMG! Do his nipples point downwards? Maybe he's just trying to search for his lost pennies with his metal-detecting-nipples.
Or if your neighbour's wrinkly and flabby, maybe you could call in a dog catcher....tell the catcher an old Shar-pei strayed into your neighbour's yard. See how that old guy'll react when the dog catcher arrives!

why you don't talk with him maybe he feel alone and need someone to talk with. I remember one of that old man take his walk each day and he go far from his house and one time he never came back so i regret to don't talk with him because old person can talk with us and it's very good what we can learn from the old people.

Close any curtains that look out to his house. Ask him to keep his nudity inside or if you really don't like him, report him to the police for indecent exposure

Ahhhh let him be, as long as he's not hurting anyone or being disorderly with his actions. Just being naked is no big deal. Don't look or close your blinds.

Since he's elderly, I don't suggest calling the cops. Instead, try calling an ambulance & having him either committed or hospitalized.

If you've talked to him and he won't cease and desist you can file a police report if he's in plain public view. You may want to see if you can speak to someone in his family first.
