due to my stomach problems I am disabled I can move my arms I have good upper movement of my body any answers?I just can't walk

I'm guessing almost nobody has any practical experience in this issue. For what it's worth it sounds like something you shouldn't be involving your parents in at all. It is a personal rite of passage that you want do do something outrageous to commemorate this stage of your life. I don't think it should be anything that involves your parents at all.

If you can get some cannabis through your doctor (?) for medicinal purposes, get stoned out of your head. It is the same as being drunk without the bulging stomach. Happy 21st in any event - have a great time............
