im 16 n my boyfriend is 20. we are having intercourse and i was wondering would that be considered rape. i don't want anyone to get in trouble especially him.

In most states if you have sexual intercourse and/or sodomy the person over 18 is committing statutory rape. In Texas the legal consenting age is 17 I believe. You need to check you local and state laws before getting him in trouble with the authorities and your parents.

Yes. Once you are 18 years of age then you are legal for anyone older not younger. If you can't wait 2 years then it ain't love it is lust.

women should never have sex before they turn 96 and men before 94, unless there having sex with themself or there best friend as long as she's not female!!
