He is being told by an employee that people dont like to be work on by male massage therapist. Is this true and why.

I would think so. The case is, many women probably won't feel comfortable with a man rubbing their exposed body. However, in a males case, a man won't feel comfortable with another guy rubbing over his exposed body. Especially if they were to get a *****, that is a worry that many of them have. So no one really wants a male to massage them.

I myself would love to have a male give me a massage. Most of the women, well my sister gives out crappy weak massages. I like to feel some muscle behind my massage. I want a deep tissue massage not a feather one. So I want a big fat man, or a muscly man to rub my back. Or perhaps Chyna. Lol.

I think that most males would prefer to be massaged by a female massage therapist. Men like to be touched by a woman. But If a woman is getting a massage, then I don't think it would be a problem, unless she is extremely shy, in which case its her problem and not yours.

My nephew is also a massage therapist and he finds the same thing. I guess some people expect a "happy ending" from a woman when they get a massage.

That is not true.. I would MUCH prefer a male therapist... Not sure why.. I have had both and just prefer the male

And of course if you're a guy, you DON'T want an unexpected happy ending from a male masseuse.

allot of men don't like to be worked on by a male and females may feel uncomfortable also, its total BS i know. it may not be his dream job but allot if physical therapy offices would love to have him.
