Fall is my favorite.
Cool crisp breezes, not too cold not too warm.
The colors are beautiful.
The ocean beaches are not crowded.
Apple picking time! (and it's cool enough to bake apple pies without heating up the kitchen too much!)

I love Halloween. It's the one time of the year when an adult can dress up in a costume and people don't think they are crazy. I love the Fall. The weather starts to cool off, the leaves are changing, and the pumpkins are out at the store.

October. Michigan is just flat out beautiful when the leaves begin to fall, and the weather hovers around 60-65 degrees F.

April and September. I'm a big "in between" seasons guy. Not too hot, not too cold.
I love fall better though, for all the changing leaves, gray skies, and cool wind. I like walking down a tree-shrouded lane, ankle deep in red and gold leaves, ruminating over some profound personal or philosophical matter.....

Christmas is my favorite time of year, because then I get to see all my childern and grandchildern. How wonderful to have your family around at such a festive season! Those cute little faces, smiling at grandma and paw paw. And I love to cook for all of them! They just love Grandma's cooking!!!
