Trouble with Yahoo Canasta.?

Question

As of Sept 13th, the final step (creating a table) in Canasta stopped working. I have made no changes to my system. The message that appears in the middle of the 'Room' window is "Attempting to pop up window". The same step is required in Dominoes and that still works. I have reported this 'bug' to Yahoo, so far no solution has been offered. Help me please,,, I do enjoy playing Canasta.

they are doing it for the ads. do you think they can run forever for free on here==they obviously think they can't! if you can't pay for their upgrade service, then you have to put up with the ads they make you suffer through.
anyway, here are some tips that can help.
to change sizes, just before you go to your room click on options (bottom left) then choose the small windows. this will help you see what others are saying!
if you're having a POP UP problem.
NOTE--You need to keep your pop up blocker ON! You don't have to accept ads & pop ups just to play games because yahoo changes formats!!
Yahoo has done this to offer ADS now.

All you need to do is on the tab that say "always allow" it should say "recent pop ups blocked" you need to high light YAHOO.COM then click ALLOW.

Your only other option, sadly, is to pay for Yahoo All Stars. This is their way of ridding pop ups for you.

Yahoo Attemping to STOP "certain" people from running programs which would be in Violation of their TOS have made all game rooms pop-ups, Just hold the control button down as u enter a tbl or u can actually adjust ur blocker to allow pop-ups from yahoo.

set pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com The easiest way to do this when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once
in room expand it to see chat area.you only see half of cards but you can still play.
