All speech on my computer is double speed how do I set it to normal. in simple term s plz?

yea radio videos its wierd coz images are normal speed I am not great on computers so help appreciated

try going to control panel, then speech. in Windows xp it might say sound ,speech ,multimedia. but it's there Good Luck
