My favorite breakfast is creamy grits, sausage patties and fresh french bread with butter. Wash it down with some chichory coffee and you have yourself one fine meal. Patties all the way.

I'm a link dude. Cause three little doggers on the plate look kind of funny, next to my eggs and hashbrowns. It makes breakfast mildly entertaining.
If it's sausage and gravy drizzled over a fat biscuit, well then it's neither. You can't really go wrong either way. I'm fond of sausage seasoned with either sage or "HOT" flavor.
