A lot has to do with a God given natural born skills, but you also need a lot of practice, sacrifice and a lot of heart. Sometimes is better to have a commitment than to be talented example:
Cicinho is a much better player than Michel Salgado in Real Madrid, yet Michel has benched him with his attitude and courage.
You can train to reach your potential, but with out work ethic you are going nowhere even if you could be better than Ronaldinho.

ha ha ha ha natural talent is what he has got and he had from when he was born am sure sum big club would have seen y if y have that talent no amount of pratice will get y any where near the player he is but all the best to y anyway is good to have a hero like him to look upon..

lots of practice, and try inventing some of your own tricks as well, but u ave gotta ave all the over qualities 2, lik offensive, defensice and also set piece qualities.
