I don't agree with the rare earth theory. Recent studies have shown that up to 1/3rd of solar systems with "hot jupiters" may contain earth like worlds.

They are both educated guesses. They both have merit either one works for me and doesn't matter which is right. My rent is still due on the first. The only theory that is wrong is religion . Magic in the sky and evil down under ,where ever that is, was born out of ignorance and fear
