The obvious question any doctor would ask first is if she already pregant, but I'm assuming that's already been ruled out. And you normally can't get pregnant if you don't get your period, since there is usually another reason why there is no period. Get your wife to the doctor asap, he will do blood work etc. She may not even be ovulating anymore, and a little bit of hormone therapy will be the doctor's first attempt. A few months on a low dose fertility pill may help the process. (Don't get scared it doesn't mean she will have multiples :) )

get her to go to a doctor. She needs to get a blood test done to test her hormone levels, both estrogen and testosterone. She may have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, where you don't get a period, in some cases, this can be Cancer. So get her to go to the doctors straight away. I've also heard stories of women who have started menapause in their 20's, which can also be found out with the same blood test. If it's Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, she will need to go on medication in hope to get pregnant.

Umm, is she pregnant now?
Go to a doctor. There are many things that can cause this and many treatments. But only a full exam with blood work will tell, assuming it is because she is not already pregnant.

If she has been on birth control that can make her period stop along with being pregnant. She really needs to go to her doctor and discuss it with them to find out what is really going on.
